By His Grace Construction Services, Inc. is a corporation developed and built from the experiences of two Florida state licensed companies, Riverside Electric Co. and Riverside Construction Services. Riverside Electric is a 4th generation family owned business which was founded in 1922 as an electrical contracting company based in Miami, FL. Riverside Construction, a state certified general contractor company. Utilizing the experience gained as superintendent and project manager for Riverside Electric and Riverside Construction, Alexander Rodriguez, Joe Granados and Charles Memmott progressed into the General Contracting field in tandem with Riverside Electric.
Alexander Rodriguez is co-owner of both Riverside Electric Co. and By His Grace Construction Services. He has worked as an electrician in all aspects of construction. Alex started as a local 349 apprentice and worked throughout the years to become a journeyman and master electrician. His experience spans the full spectrum from residential additions and pools to retail, commercial and restaurant construction. His knowledge and experience also allows him to work in high demand and strict adherence policy environments such as for Miami-Dade county schools, the FAA, and Turkey Point power facility to name a few.
Joe Granados is a master carpenter with an eye for detail. Joe has a passion for carpentry and has worked continuously for over thirty years in the construction industry. He has been an acting jobsite superintendent since the creation of By His Grace Construction. His work experience has been broad and includes such things as high end custom homes to small residential additions, commercial interior remodeling, and commercial construction. Most recently he managed the interior remodeling of a 23 floor and lobby project for Sunset Harbour South Condominium in Miami Beach.
