By His Grace Construction Services, Inc. is a corporation developed and built from the experiences of two Florida state licensed companies, Riverside Electric Co. and Riverside Construction Services.  Riverside Electric is a 4th generation family owned business which was founded in 1922 as an electrical contracting company based in Miami, FL. Riverside Construction, a state certified general contractor company. Utilizing the experience gained as superintendent and project manager for Riverside Electric and Riverside Construction, Alexander Rodriguez, Joe Granados and Charles Memmott progressed into the General Contracting field in tandem with Riverside Electric.

By His Grace Construction is about full service construction management. We offer general contracting and electrical contracting with Riverside Electric our sister company. Much of our success stems from our ability to comprehend more than just the structural aspects of any job, our knowledge of electrical and its systems as it relates to all aspects of construction sets us apart from others. In modern construction the electrical systems tie in to every aspect of modern living; our direct understanding of the electrical system and its role in construction gives us an edge. Our team has a vast array of knowledge, starting with the knowledge of a Master Carpenter and a Master Electrician, adding the knowledge of the other members of our team we are able to complete all jobs, ranging from Commercial Renovations, New Construction, Medical and Residential Construction including Condominium renovations.

We set ourselves apart by working as a team not just within ourselves and our owners but have worked to develop relationships with some of the best Architects and Engineers in the business, by developing this strategy we can offer full service construction from Design to Completion of final punch lists.

We apply the same strategy of working with others in our field specifically the building departments. The Permitting and Inspection process can be one of the biggest hurdles an owner can face. We have worked hard to ensure we meet and exceed building codes to make this process as smooth as possible. Additionally, we have invested time getting to know the inspectors at each jurisdiction, understanding their expectations and interpretations of the codes. We have strong professional working relationships with inspectors at the City of Miami Beach, City of Miami, and Miami-Dade Building departments. Other municipalities we have worked with are Pembroke Pines, Pinecrest, Aventura, Sunrise, Coral Gables and Ft. Lauderdale - all of which we have been able to gain the respect and professional courtesy of the inspectors.
